As a mother of two adorable toddlers, I know firsthand the challenges parents face—from endless diaper changes to finding safe, natural products for our little ones. Like many parents, I started with disposable diapers, unaware of their long-term impact. But as I watched the piles of used diapers grow, I began to ask myself:

"Is there a better way?"

The turning point came when I discovered reusable diapers. They weren’t just good for the environment—they were cost-effective, gentle on my baby’s skin, and surprisingly easy to use. But many of the options available lacked the convenience, absorbency, and leak protection that modern parents need. That’s when I knew—I had to get something better.

The Birth of T.A.N Innovations

With my background as a Procurement Professional in the Oil & Gas/Energy & Maritime industry, I had spent years solving problems, optimizing resources, and ensuring efficiency. I decided to apply that same strategic mindset by working with a formidable production partner to design Dr TAN’s Reusable Baby Diapers—a product that would combine comfort, convenience, and sustainability.

But I didn’t stop there. Parents also needed natural, chemical-free solutions for their baby’s delicate skin and hair. That’s how our natural hair shampoo line was born—a safe, nourishing formula designed for babies and adults alike.
